The heart and mind

Funny how it spring and leap,
how it twist and turn
roll around and around
over and over with no control.
I say I want to refine
but it says tumbleset,
and onemoretime.
Watch the somersaults every now and then.

I wonder when will they ever be handinhand, so in sync.
